Easy Like Sunday Morning

Spring Air

Citrus Bliss
Citrus Bliss is one of my absolute favorites! I use it everyday to energize and uplift mood.
Citrus Bliss is also known as the Invigorating Blend. This blend expertly combines the powerful scents of Wild Orange, Lemon, Grapefruit, Mandarin, Bergamot, Tangerine, and Clementine with a hint of Vanilla Absolute to form this unique and harmonious blend.
Citrus Bliss has natural and potent cleansing properties. Diffuse for an uplifting aroma that cleanses the air or add it to a spray bottle of water to wipe down countertops and sinks.
One of my favorite oils to diffuse with Citrus Bliss is Wintergreen (3 drops each). You can thank me later.
Balance
Need a bit more grounding in your life?
โ๏ธ Balance is a blend that every single person should have at their fingertips for daily use (in my humble opinion). ๐ The combination of Spruce, Ho Wood, Frankincense, Blue Tansy, Blue Chamomile and Osmanthus will keep you feeling grounded all day long.
Try this diffuser blend for a zen-like atmosphere:
Zen Diffuser Blend

Before your feet even touch the floor, ground yourself first thing in the morning by applying Balance to the bottoms of your feet. Use throughout the day as needed. You can even double-up and use this as an all-natural pure-fume!
Balance is a staple in my house for helping to ground the sometimes hyper, excited, and stressed feelings that come with invisible disabilities.
Liquid Calm
๐ง 10 drops Serenity
๐ง 10 drops Balance
๐ง 10 drops Vetiver
Place in a 10ml roller bottle and top with fractionated coconut oil. Roll on bottom of feet.
Peaceful Bedtime
๐ง 3 drops Balance

Breathe
Breathe makes it easy to take simple respiratory support on the go when seasonal threats are high (just swipe on the bottoms of your feet or over your chest with a bit of carrier oilโ or grab Breathe Touch). Rub on neck, chest, back, or bottom of feet to promote a restful sleep.

When Citrus Bloom was announced as a permanent product, I may or may not have done a happy dance. It is the perfect combination of florals and citrus. (Not a bad bedtime diffuser blend either with all those calming oils.)

Clary Calm
Clary Calm is a blend of essential oils that provides a soothing and calming effect during a womanโs menstrual cycle. It is a blend of Clary Sage, Lavender, Bergamot, Roman Chamomile, Cedarwood, Ylang Ylang, Geranium, Fennel, Carrot Seed, Palmarosa, and Vitex in a 10 ml roller bottle that is ready to go. Clary Calm provides a cooling effect to the skin and helps balance emotions.

It is also helpful to roll across the stomach during โthat time of the monthโ to alleviate stomach discomfort.
Rub on the back of your neck, on your temples, or on the bottom of your feet when feeling tension. Dilute with a carrier oil to minimize any skin sensitivity.
DDR Prime
Are you familiar with DDR Prime?
DDR Prime Cellular Complex consists of:

All of these oils support healthy cellular integrity. This blend also protects the body and cells from oxidative stress as well as aiding in a healthy immune response. Sounds like a powerhouse to me!
A Lot of people I know use Tea Tree in their flowerโs water to extend their freshness and keep them from drooping. ๐
Next time try DDR Prime. It can extend the life of my bouquets for a minimum of 2 weeks.
When you pick up your next bouquet, fill your vase with lukewarm tap water, add 3-5 drops of DDR Prime, cut each stem on an angle, and add to your vase.
Top with fresh water and 1 drop of DDR Prime every 3-4 days. Keep those blooms at peak perfection longer!
Deep Blue
Deep Blue Soothing Blend is a crowd favorite among doTERRA users due to itโs powerful and effective qualities. When applied topically, there is a soothing and cooling sensation that is experienced which makes it great for athletes and exercise enthusiasts.

In a 10 mL roller add 10 drops Lemongrass, 10 drops Marjoram, 5 drops Frankincense, 5 drops Deep Blue, and top with FCO.
DigestZen
I can tell you, that I was a little skeptical about using essential oils at first, but the more I used them, the more they worked. DigestZen made me an all-out believer.
DigestZen is a true unsung hero. Love or hate the licorice aroma, you cannot deny how well this blend works. Do you get a certain uneasiness before you travel? Inhaling the calming aroma of DigestZen from the bottle or drinking or a drop or two in water, can make the trip much easier. DigestZen has also been known to promote satisfaction after eating a meal. Of course, with kids in the home, DigestZen may make tummies happier when they are uneasy.

Hope

The blend of Patchouli, Bergamot, Sandalwood, Rose, Vanilla, Jasmine, Cinnamon, Vetiver, Labdanum, Cocoa, and Ylang-ylang all contribute to fostering an environment of strong female energy. This blend encourages people to work through issues relating to femininity and sexuality. Whisper challenges individuals to heal wounds and find balance in a positive femininity.

๐ฒ Northern Escape is a blend of Black Spruce, Siberian Fir, Lavadin, Cedarwood, Cypress, Hinoki, Frankincense, Nootka, Cananga, and Clove.
If you love a calming and woodsy aroma, this blend would be perfect to diffuse during the day while you are stuck inside at work or when you want to create a relaxing atmosphere before bedtime. Donโt forget to add a few drops to some FCO (or your Yarrow Pom Body Serum) for a soothing massage.

I always love a good oil hack, and this one is one of my favorites. While Lavender, Frankincense, and Tea Tree have the lowdown on boo-boos, Purify is perfect for those occasional bug bites and ๐ stings.

Serenity
Serenity, the Restful Blend, has made its way into popularity because of the fact that inadequate sleep is a large problem for many people. It is estimated that 25% of adult Americans are not meeting the requirements for sleep that we need in order to keep us healthy and functioning at our best. ๐ด (Aim for those 7-8 hours of quality ๐ค)
Serenity is a great addition to a nightstand diffuser as you are winding down for the evening. This blend consists of:
