A warm bowl of chili on a cold winter day, hits the spot. This recipe is super simple and easy to make. I love that I can put it in the crock pot or fix it on the stove last minute.
You will need:
1 can pinto beans
1 can dark kidney beans
1 can diced tomatoes
1 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained
1 tsp chili powder or more if you like it spicier
Put all ingredients in crock pot and stir. Cook on low for 3-4 hours.
To make on stove: Put all ingredients in a large saucepan or Dutch oven and simmer for 20-30 minutes.
