You will need:
1 sweet potato, peeled and diced
2 red potatoes, washed and diced
2 bunches of fresh broccoli (just the tops), cut in small bunches
1 small zucchini, diced
1/2 sweet onion, diced
1 pkg. of kielbasa, sliced and diced
In large pan on medium heat, place a small amount of olive oil, add the vegies and cook until tender crisp. Add in kielbasa and cook until heated. Serves 4-6.
