DIY Spring Morning Roll-On to start your day with positivity and encouragement
 
Youโ€™ll need:
 
๐ŸŒฟ 10 drops of Grapefruit
๐ŸŒฟ 5 drops of Frankincense
๐ŸŒฟ Fractionated Coconut Oil
๐ŸŒฟ A 10ml roll-on bottle
 
Instructions:
 
๐ŸŒฟ Add essential oils to the roller bottle and top up with Fractionated Coconut oil. 
๐ŸŒฟ Apply to wrists and neck upon waking.
 


 DIY Floral Spring Room Spray to bring the essence of spring indoors 
 
Youโ€™ll need:
 
๐ŸŒฟ 20 drops of Geranium
๐ŸŒฟ 15 drops of Lavender
๐ŸŒฟ 10 drops of Lemon
๐ŸŒฟ Distilled water
๐ŸŒฟ Spray bottle
 
Combine everything in the spray bottle and apply to an area of need. 
 




DIY Uplifting Citrus Hand Wash to keep your hands clean and your mood uplifted 
 
Youโ€™ll need:
 
๐ŸŒฟ 15 drops of Lemon
๐ŸŒฟ 10 drops of Eucalyptus
๐ŸŒฟ Unscented liquid soap
 
Add the liquid soap into a soap container and add the essential oils.

DIY Soothing Floral Bath Salt recipe to enhance your home spa experience
 
Youโ€™ll need:
 
๐ŸŒฟ 1 cup Epsom Salts
๐ŸŒฟ ยฝ cup Baking Soda
๐ŸŒฟ 10 drops of Lavender
๐ŸŒฟ 5 drops of Roman Chamomile
 
Mix and store in an air-tight container. Add to your bath and enjoy!
 





 DIY Shower Melts to transform your shower into a refreshing experience 
 
Youโ€™ll need:
 
๐ŸŒฟ 1 cup baking soda
๐ŸŒฟ โ…“ cup water
๐ŸŒฟ 15 drops of Wild Orange
๐ŸŒฟ 10 Drops of Peppermint
 
Combine in a bowl, add the mixture into molds and freeze until solid. Pop one piece out when you are taking a shower for a delightful shower experience.
 
 




 Invigorating body scrub that'll leave your skin glowing and your spirits lifted.
 
You'll need:
 
๐ŸŒธ 1 cup of Epsom salt
๐ŸŒธ 1/4 cup of Fractionated Coconut Oil
๐ŸŒธ 10 drops of Peppermint
๐ŸŒธ 5 drops of Wild Orange
๐ŸŒธ A glass container for storage
 
Instructions:
 
โœ”๏ธ Combine Epsom salt and fractionated coconut oil in a mixing bowl until you have a consistent, moist mixture.
โœ”๏ธ Add 10 drops of Peppermint essential oil and 5 drops of Wild Orange essential oil. Mix thoroughly to distribute the oils evenly.
โœ”๏ธ Transfer your energizing body scrub to an airtight container.
 
In the shower or bath, gently massage a small amount onto your skin in circular motions, paying attention to elbows and knees. Rinse thoroughly.
 


DIY Refreshing Foot Soak infused with the power of essential oils to treat your tired feet to a little pampering. 
 
You'll need:
 
๐ŸŒฟ 1/2 cup Epsom salt
๐ŸŒฟ 1/4 cup sea salt
๐ŸŒฟ 3 drops of Peppermint
๐ŸŒฟ 3 drops of Lavender
๐ŸŒฟ 1 drop of Tea Tree
A large bowl or basin
Warm water
 


Instructions:
 
โœ”๏ธ Fill a basin with warm water.
โœ”๏ธ Add 1/2 cup Epsom salt and 1/4 cup sea salt; stir to dissolve.
โœ”๏ธ Drop in 3 drops each of Peppermint and Lavender essential oils and 1 drop of Tea Tree oil.
โœ”๏ธ Soak your feet for 15-20 minutes.
โœ”๏ธ Relax, breathe, and let the soothing aroma melt stress away.
โœ”๏ธ Pat feet dry and enjoy refreshed feet.
 


DIY Oil-balancing Face Mask 
 
Youโ€™ll need:
 
๐ŸŒฟ 1 tablespoon organic liquid honey
๐ŸŒฟ 1 tablespoon sweet almond oil
๐ŸŒฟ 2 drops Frankincense 
๐ŸŒฟ 2 drops Lavender 
๐ŸŒฟ 1 tablespoon facial clay
๐ŸŒฟ Filtered water (as needed)
 
Instructions:
 
โœ”๏ธ In a small bowl, combine the honey and sweet almond oil. Stir with a metal spoon until smooth.
โœ”๏ธ Add the essential oils, and then continue stirring.
โœ”๏ธ Slowly add the facial clay in small amounts while stirring to maintain a smooth consistency.
โœ”๏ธ If needed, add filtered water a teaspoon at a time to reach a smooth yet firm consistency that can be spread on the skin without being too thin or too runny.
โœ”๏ธ Using a spoon or fingers, apply the mask on the face a teaspoon at a time, starting at the center and working out toward the hairline.
โœ”๏ธ Allow the mask to stay on until dryโ€”normally about 20 minutes.
โœ”๏ธ To remove, soften the mask by lightly pressing a damp, warm cloth against the face. 
โœ”๏ธ Then use the cloth to remove the mask, rinsing as necessary.
โœ”๏ธ Splash the face with water and dry with a clean cloth to remove any leftover clay.
 


DIY Garden Hand Cream to nourish your hands and your spirit 
 
Youโ€™ll need:
 
๐ŸŒธ 1/4 cup Shea Butter
๐ŸŒธ 1/8 cup Sweet Almond Oil
๐ŸŒธ 10 drops of Lavender
๐ŸŒธ 5 drops of Rosemary 

Instructions:

Melt Shea butter and almond oil, remove from heat, and add essential oils. Let cook and solidify. Them whip with a mixer until creamy.

*You may substitute coconut oil for almond oil if you are sensitive to nuts.

๐ŸŒฟ 1 drop of Cilantro oil or Celery Seed oil

Instructions:

โœ”๏ธ Combine ingredients, except essential oil, in a juicer.
โœ”๏ธ Juice, then add essential oil.
โœ”๏ธ Add more Cilantro oil or Celery Seed oil to taste.
