Supporting Your Immune System During Seasonal Threats

Spring has sprung in our area!  The cottonwood in our backyard is leafed out and blowing in the wind today.  Soon cotton will be flying all over the neighborhood from our tree and the others in our area. Which only means one thing: seasonal threats abound.  Every where I go I see people with itchy eyes and sneezy noses.

We used to have these threats invade our house every spring too.  Now, we have learned to support our immune systems with essential oils.  “What oils do you use?” you ask.

My favorites!  Lemon, Lavender, and Peppermint!
!

There are different ways to use these three oils to support your immune system during springtime.

*My favorite is the Triease soft gel.  It is two drops each of Lemon, Lavender, and Peppermint in a soft gel.  I love this because it is so easy to use.  We start using them at the beginning of the season and take them right up to the end of the season.

*Use an empty veggie cap and place two drops of each oil in that. (Make sure you are using doTERRA CPTG oils for internal use.)

*Place a drop of Lemon essential oil in a teaspoon of honey (Local to your area.).

*Rub Lemon, Lavender, and Peppermint on the bottom of your feet.

*Diffuse Lemon, Lavender, and Peppermint in a diffuser.

*Other oils to consider are Breathe Respiratory Blend, and Melaleuca.  Breathe maintains feelings of clear airways and easy breathing while Melaleuca protects against environmental and seasonal threats.

Experiment with these oils to see what works best for you and the seasonal threats you may experience this spring.  If you have questions, please contact me.  I would be happy to talk with you.
