Bedtime can either be the biggest blessing for parents, or the biggest pain.
  
If your little one seems to fight you every single night, it’s probably time to get your routine down–and YES! Oils can help you with that. 
In today's episode we share tips to ease the struggles at bedtime and have more rested kids in the morning.


Diffuser Blends in this episode:
Slumberland Blend
3 drops Bergamot, 2 drops Frankincense, 2 drops Lavender, 2 drops Serenity


Wynken, Blynken, and Nod
3 drops Ylang Ylang, 3 drops Cedarwood, 2 drops Serenity, 2 drops Frankincense


Roller Bottle Blends in this episode:
Deep Sleep
5 drops Lavender, 5 drops Cedarwood, 2 drops Vetiver


Sweet Dreams
3 drops Roman Chamomile, 3 drops Sandalwood, 3 drops Peace


In a 10ml roller bottle, add oils and top of with a carrier oil. Roll along the spine or the base of the neck and bottoms of feet.


Have an infant? Use 1 drop each and top with your carrier oil. I use fractionated coconut oil as my carrier oil.


To help your child wake up, start diffusing these oils in the morning 30 minutes before wake up time to help stimulate and arouse them:
